The 1st and 2nd contact have met with no response and your banner remains on your forum. The banner you are using is a copyrighted piece of artwork from our site (www.Merc-City.com) created by one of our members 3 years ago. We easily have all the original PSD files that was used to create this banner.

This is my last attempt to contact you to remove this banner before our lawyers contact the website provider and ISP to remove this banner for you or shutdown this site until the banner is removed.

You are violating United States and International Copyright law by continuing to use our original banner. I will give you until Wednesday, May 19th to have this banner removed before we proceed with our next step. Once it has been removed, please email ACE@merc-city.com to verify.

Yeah... WOW.... you guys are really original huh?? You straight up took our clan name, our banner, all I can say is wow. You couldn't come up with something on your own??? Pathetic.
